In Spain, the OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SERVICE PROTON® runs from PEC (PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT CONSULTING), with headquarters in Girona and Barcelona, together with the factory technicians who arrived from Japan (installation and commissioning).
Our Technical Service is specialized in PROTON® technology and in turn associated with various Engineering companies to obtain the best solutions in terms of installation, breakdowns, parts, and any other problem that is unlikely to arise in the useful life of our machines.
Our Technical Service will be at your home within 24 hours of communicating your incident.

Except for the smallest models that do not need installation, for the other models special installation IS required.
The smaller capacity models (PF-3 and PF-15), as well as the KINOKO defrost model, do not need any type of installation, as they only need to be plugged into the mains. All they need in addition is a transformer.
Higher capacity cabinet models (PF30, PF60 and PF150) and continuous tunnel models require auxiliary machinery (external condensing unit, drain pipe and transformer) and the necessary auxiliary installation works (electricity and water) for their installation.
YES. We offer you the “PROTON® IN HAND” service so you don't have to worry about a thing and just turn on the “ON” button. Our TECHNICAL SERVICE will provide the complementary auxiliary machinery to the main CMP and will carry out the necessary auxiliary installation works.
