CMPs perform cooling, freezing, or both simultaneously. In all three cases, extremely quickly.

Each of the CMPs have different dimensions according to type and capacity. Smaller capacity models need a very small support surface and are ideal for installation in premises or kitchens with very little space.

All PROTON® models, both the cabinet (PF series), the tunnel (TU), or Reborn, use exactly the same technology, so there are no freezing changes from one model to another

The CMPs reach a range of freezing temperatures between -35ºC and -38ºC. (A product is considered frozen when the heart of the product reaches -18ºC.).

PROTON® breaks with the idea that the lower the temperature reached when freezing, the better the freezing.
 
The key is in the passage of water from the liquid to solid state, not in reaching the lowest possible temperature as believed.

ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION


Consumption varies depending on the model, but all CMPs have been manufactured under the premises of moderate consumption.

The electrical consumption of smaller freezers (PF-3 and PF-15) are comparable to the consumption of a domestic freezer. It does not use any type of consumable gas when freezing.

PROTON® technology allows to regulate the air speed inside the freezing room, having 3 speeds:





In general, the higher the air speed in the freezer, the shorter the time needed to freeze the product.

MAINTENANCE

The CPM have been developed from the philosophy of "Maintenance free.

Preventive maintenance: It is optional to annually carry out a maintenance review.

Corrective maintenance: Not necessary.

ECOLOGICAL

PROTON® helps to reduce food waste by eliminating waste and converting this waste into perfectly frozen, top-quality food, and therefore perfectly usable for future consumption.

CONTINUOUS FREEZING TUNNELS

PROTON® electromagnetic freezing tunnels are used for freezing large volumes of food continuously.

There are two models of tunnels:

This range of magnetic freezers is indicated for the freezing of large-sized foods, such as boxes, blocks and fish and meat of large or thick volumes.

The REBORN range enables magnetic freezing technology to be applied to existing freezing chambers, from the simple installation of a REBORN electromagnetic freezer unit (trolley) inside a normal freezing chamber.

REAL CAPACITY

The actual capacity is calculated based on the time required for the specific food to freeze.

Freezing cycle is the time required for the full load of the freezer to reach -18ºC at the heart of each product.

For example, if it is a food that requires 15 min to freeze, in 1 hour 4 freezing cycles can be carried out, so to know the real capacity of the chosen model, its nominal capacity must also be multiplied by 4.

Thus, for this example, the actual capacity of the PF-15 model to freeze a product that takes 15 min to freeze. It will be 60 kg / hour (15 x 4).

The same procedure must be followed for the rest of the models in the range.

At this capacity, the loading and unloading times between each freeze cycle must be discounted for the cabinet models.

NOMINAL CAPACITY

In Europe, we have freezers with a nominal capacity ranging from 3Kg / h to 500Kg / h, for foods that need from 1 hour of freezing and higher capacity for foods that need shorter times

FREEZING OF LARGE VOLUMES

For large volumes of freezing through continuous freezing tunnels, our engineers in Japan design a custom tunnel by adjusting the effective length of the tunnel conveyor belt, the time required for freezing the food to be frozen, and the freezing capacity per desired hour. Thanks to these personalized calculations, we can present you tunnel projects with a freezing capacity of up to 5,000 kg / h or higher, both in IQF or in bulk.

PROTON technology was initially designed for the freezing of Seafood.

Thanks to its effectiveness, it spread to other raw materials. PROTON is the freezing technology par excellence used by large fishing companies, fish farms (Tuna and Hamachi) and HORECA establishments, as it perfectly freezes fish, crustaceans, shellfish and cephalopods, as well as products made with fish.

Thanks to the fact that it preserves all the organoleptic properties of Seafood, it allows its consumption in raw (sashimi), also complying with the sanitary requirement to freeze previously eliminating Anisakis.

PROTON, thanks to maintaining the original cellular structure of food, fully preserves the nutritional and organoleptic properties of vegetables and greens (eddo, kabocha, ginger, bamboo, wasabi, etc.), and mushrooms (shitake, shimeji, enoki, nameko ).

Thanks to PROTON's efficiency, it is possible to freeze very high-value and impossible-to-freeze vegetables with other technologies such as truffle.

EU MARKING

All our PROTON freezers and FUSION defrosters are adapted so that upon delivery they comply with all the EU regulations (EU Marking).

The smallest models, PF-3 and PF-15, as well as the KINOKO defreeze model, do not need any type of installation, only having to be plugged into the mains and additionally needing a transformer.

The rest of the PROTON freezers and FUSION defreezers require, for their correct operation, a specific auxiliary machinery for each model (external condensing unit and / or dry steam generation unit, drain pipe and transformer) and some auxiliary installation work ( electricity and water).

Our Spanish technicians can supply you with the appropriate auxiliary units for your equipment and perform the necessary auxiliary installation work.

The sale price does not include the machinery or the auxiliary installation work necessary for the correct operation of the equipment.

Pre-installation

The installation and startup of the PROTON and FUSION models (except for the PF-3 and PF-15 freezers and the KINOKO defreezers) are carried out by factory technicians from Japan, which will ensure the correct operation of your equipment. and making specific adjustments for the perfect freezing of your product.

In addition, the Japanese technicians, together with Spanish technicians, will carry out the test operations test and the final connection and commissioning work.

The cost of the travel of the Japanese technicians is included in the sale price of the machine.

Installation and IMPLEMENTATION

Our equipment is 100% reliable, made entirely in Japan (including all its components) and designed to function properly without any problem throughout its useful life.

MALFUNCTIONS

Our Technical Services can customize (optionally) both the freezers and the defreezers with the design that you want, to match the rest of the equipment.

In the small models, we can also provide them with mobility by attaching a platform with wheels.

EQUIPMENT CUSTOMIZATION

Our manufacturer RYOHO FREEZE SYSTEMS CO., LTD. has an Engineering Department in Japan capable of developing any type of Freezing and / or Defreezing Project needed.

For large volumes of freezing through continuous freezing tunnels, our engineers in Japan will carry out a customized design of the tunnel adjusting the effective length of the conveyor belt of said tunnel, the necessary freezing time of the food to be frozen and the freezing capacity per hour desired.

Thanks to these customized calculations, we can present you tunnel projects with a freezing capacity of up to 5,000 kg / h in IQF or block.
